Preventive HVAC Maintenance


According to the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), overall heating and cooling costs can be reduced up to 30 percent when a preventive maintenance (PM) program is in place—and that’s not including the cost of disruption or lost business/productivity caused by the possible failure of your mechanical systems.
